The seat assigned at the time of ticket purchase may be changed if needed due to service planning (e.g., multiple buses on a route).
Fare Discounts

Round-trip tickets receive a 10% discount on the full fare.

Children (0–12 years old), seniors over 70, and people with over 70% disability receive a 20% discount on the full fare.

Online one-way purchases from the website receive a 5% discount.

Discounts cannot be combined.
Changing the Travel Date (Reservation Change)
One change per ticket is allowed (subject to seat availability) up to 48 hours before departure.

Cancellations and Refunds
You can cancel a ticket up to 48 hours before the departure time, with a 20% cancellation fee. After this time, no cancellations or refunds are allowed.

Important Notes:

Tickets purchased within 48 hours of the departure time are non-refundable.

Tickets that have already been changed cannot be refunded.

In round-trip tickets, the outbound ticket alone is not refundable.

Transporting Animals
Small pets and guide dogs are allowed if they do not occupy a seat, are leashed and muzzled, or are kept in a suitable carrier.
Luggage Transport
Passengers may bring luggage free of charge.
Arriva Italia is liable for loss or damage to luggage only if caused by the company. In such cases, compensation will follow the limits established by Law 202/54 and Law 450/85.
The service uses luxury coaches equipped with all travel comforts.

Route and Stops
The service follows the routes and stops listed in the schedule.
Only passengers with valid tickets may board.
Between Bergamo and Codogno, only passengers traveling to or from Riviera stops (Lido di Classe to Gabicce) may board. Local travel is not permitted.
Each trip includes a 45-minute stop at a designated service station, both outbound and return.
Riviera stops are marked by signs displaying the “AUTOBUS DEL MARE” logo.

Arriva Italia is not liable for partial or full trip cancellations or missed connections due to force majeure or issues beyond its control.
Any route or stop changes caused by temporary road modifications during the service period will be communicated via specific notices.
