Passengers with reduced mobility are informed that in order to ensure the presence of the platform it is necessary to book the ride. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Disability and safety

To ensure the safety of our customers, the access of passengers with wheelchair on all equipped vehicles of Arriva must be in compliance with the following size and weight limits: width 75 cm, length 120 cm, height 109 cm and maximum weight of 200 kg, however, being considered Arriva relieved of any responsibility in case of boarding with prams not complying with the above limits.


Albino-Selvino Cableway

Before the trip, for information about the times, the desired route and the facilities c/o the Funivia di Albino – Selvino, we recommend to contact the Contact Center only on 035.289000
At the departure station of the Albino cableway to allow people in wheelchairs to reach the departure plan of the cabins there is a stairlift system, marked by its symbol, with mobile platform to electric operation.
The stations of Albino and Selvino are equipped with specific horizontal signs to direct you towards the ascent/descent systems and the exit from the stations.
In case of need, please contact the Operator in service directly. Our operators constantly monitor the docks of the valley station and upstream of the Albino-Selvino cableway.
To allow passengers to communicate with the Station operator and the Operations Room, there are SOS audio intercoms in the cabin.

Yes, guide dogs are allowed on board buses and can travel free of charge unless the blind person is accompanied by a guide who is entitled to travel free of charge.
