Bergamo province passes
5-day weekly pass
The 5-day weekly pass is valid from Monday to Friday, is personal and non-transferable, gives you the right to make an unlimited number of trips without time restrictions and allows you to get on or off at the intermediate stops of the route for which it was issued. Please note that the 5-day weekly pass cannot be sold to students. The 5-day weekly pass can be purchased:
- at authorized resellers in the area;
- via App Arriva My Pay.
7-day weekly pass
The 7-day weekly pass is valid from Monday to Sunday, is personal and non-transferable, gives you the right to make an unlimited number of trips without time limitations and allows you to get on or off at the intermediate stops of the route for which it was issued. The 7-day weekly pass can be purchased:

- via App Arriva My Pay
Monthly pass
The monthly pass is valid from the first to the last day of the month of issue including holidays. Even the monthly pass is personal and non-transferable, it gives the right to make an unlimited number of trips without time limitations and allows you to get on or off at the intermediate stops of the route for which it was issued. The monthly pass can be purchased:

Yearly pass
The ordinary annual subscription is valid for twelve months from the month of issue. L’abbonamento mensile ha validità dal primo all’ultimo giorno del mese di emissione inclusi i giorni festivi. Anche l’abbonamento mensile è personale e non cedibile, dà diritto ad effettuare un numero illimitato di viaggi senza limitazioni di orario e permette di salire o scendere nelle fermate intermedie del percorso per il quale è stato rilasciato. This travel document can be issued to students. In the months of September, December and June it is released at a discounted rate.

Yearly student integrated ATB Pass
The annual student pass is valid from 1 September to 30 June (for the year 2021-2022 the validity of the annual student pass has been extended until 31 August 2022). As for the weekly and monthly passes, it is personal and non-transferable and allows the use of an unlimited number of trips on the selected extra-urban route and on the Urban services requested without limitations of days and times. The ATB Integrated Student Annual Pass can be purchased:

M line pass
Line M is operated by Arriva Italia and Autoguidovie. For this route, Autoguidovie issues single tickets, identification cards, weekly passes and monthly passes. Arriva Italia, on the other hand, issues the ordinary annual pass, the annual student pass and the ATB integrated student annual pass according to the characteristic modalities of the aforementioned passes. The ordinary annual pass, the annual student pass and the ATB integrated student annual pass valid on this route can be purchased:

Bergamo – Calcinate pass
The Bergamo – Calcinate section is served by three different lines operated by two different carriers: Sai Treviglio and Arriva Italia. The annual passes issued by Arriva Italia for this route can also be used to travel on the Qb line of Sai Treviglio. The annual pass issued by Arriva Italia for the Bergamo – Calcinate section can be purchased:

Trenord integrated D80 pass
On line D80 – Oggiono Monza there is a tariff integration with Trenord which allows you to travel by bus plus train with a single ticket. The locations interested in the interchange are Arcore and Monza towards Milan. The types of travel tickets on which the integration is valid are:
- ordinary ticket for a single journey;
- 7-day weekly pass;
- monthly subscription.
Urban Lecco passes
On all lines in the urban area of Lecco operated by Arriva Italia, the linear tariff system is in force divided into kilometer distance classes valid for the suburban area, with the exception of the urban service of Calolziocorte.
Calolziocorte urban passes
The types of travel documents in force for the Calolziocorte urban service are as follows:
- 7-day weekly pass: valid from Monday to Sunday, it is personal and non-transferable, it gives the right to make an unlimited number of trips without time limitations and allows you to get on or off at the intermediate stops of the route for which it was issued.
- ordinary monthly pass: valid from the first day of the month to the last, it is personal and non-transferable, it gives the right to make an unlimited number of trips without time limitations and allows you to get on or off at the intermediate stops of the route for which it was released.
- monthly pass for pensioners: it can be used in the following time slots: from 08.30 to 12.30, from 14.00 to 17.00, after 19.00 and on holidays;
- annual student pass: valid from 1st September to 30th June. As for the weekly and monthly passes, it is personal and non-transferable, it gives the right to make an unlimited number of trips without time limitations and allows you to get on or off at the intermediate stops of the route for which it was issued;
- quarterly pass: it is valid from the first day of the validation month until the last day of the third month, it is personal and non-transferable, it gives the right to make an unlimited number of trips without time limitations and allows you to get on or off at the intermediate stops of the route for which it was issued;

Frequently asked questions
How can I get a refund for my subscription?
BERGAMO
The reimbursement of the season ticket is recognized before its expiration: upon request by the user, using the Subscription Refund Form, to be presented at the company counter in Bergamo in Piazzale Marconi 4 by returning the travel document at the same time:
- for the annual subscription, to the extent of 90% of the amount relating to the entire months following the one in which it is returned;
- for the monthly subscription, to the extent of 90% of the amount relating to the full days following the one in which it is returned.
In the case of a subscription loaded on the Arriva MyPay app, the refund request can be made via the Contact form by entering the following data in the message: Name and Surname of the subscription holder – Email – Card number – Type of subscription – Start and End of validity of the subscription.
LECCO
The reimbursement of the subscription is recognized as long as the residual validity of the ticket is greater than half of the total: upon request by the user, using the Subscription Refund Form, to be presented at the company headquarters in Via della Pergola 2 in Lecco, returning at the same time the travel document:
- for the annual subscription, to the extent of 90% of the amount relating to the entire months following the one in which it is returned;
- for the monthly subscription, 90% of the amount corresponding to the full days following the one in which it is returned.
In the case of a subscription loaded on the Arriva MyPay app, the refund request can be made via the Contact form by entering the following data in the message: Name and Surname of the subscription holder – Email – Card number – Type of subscription – Start and End of validity of the subscription.
How can I request a duplicate of my subscription?
Bergamo
The duplicate pass is issued upon request by the user, using the Duplicate Subscription Form, to be presented at the Bergamo company point in Piazzale Marconi 4, delivering at the same time the report of theft and loss issued by the carabinieri:
- for the annual subscription, cost of reissuing the card: € 10.00;
Please note that in the event of theft or loss of the identification card, a new one must be signed. Monthly and weekly passes are not subject to the issue of a duplicate.
Lecco
The duplicate pass is issued upon request by the user, using the Duplicate Subscription Form, to be presented at the company headquarters in Via della Pergola 2 in Lecco, simultaneously delivering the report of theft and loss issued by the carabinieri:
- for the annual subscription, cost of reissuing the card: € 10.00;
- for the identification card, cost of reissuing the card: € 2.00.
We remind you that in case of theft or loss of monthly and weekly passes, it is not possible to issue a duplicate.
Are the IVOP and IVOL titles valid on Arriva vehicles?
Yes, the IVOP and IVOL passes are also valid on Arriva vehicles that perform scheduled public transport services, with the exception of vehicles that perform tourist services (eg. Sea Lines) for which it is necessary to have a suitable travel document valid for the specific path.
Can I purchase travel tickets and season tickets by paying by credit card or debit card?
At the Bergamo and Lecco branches and via the Arriva my Pay App, you can purchase all available travel tickets by paying by credit card or debit card. The retailers of Arriva travel tickets are not obliged to accept payment via pos.
How is the subscription checked on the device?
The season ticket must be shown to the driver when boarding the bus and in case of verification by the controllers. The subscription can be found in the Arriva MyPay application -> your titles -> by clicking on your subscription.
Can I receive a tax receipt following the purchase of the subscription?
The paper travel document fulfills the obligation of issuing the tax receipt for this reason the company does not issue any further tax documentation. In the case of purchased travel tickets, however, it is possible to download the summary of the tickets purchased.
