Annual subscription by instalments
For those who have decided to purchase an annual student subscription with an app or online portal by 29/09/2023, Arriva has offered the possibility to activate an installment plan in 8 monthly instalments.
The plan includes the registration of a credit card useful to be able to proceed monthly automatic debiting of the first 7 installments at a cost of 7 months, the last installment is a balance with a lower amount.
The instalments are debited in advance on the 25th of the previous month. The last installment is in March 2024 and includes the period from 01/04/2024 to 31/08/2024.

Digital travel tickets
MyPay App and Arriva Portal
All travel titles purchased from the Arriva MyPay app and from the portal, must be stored and displayed in case of control exclusively from the Arriva MyPay app downloaded on the smartphone of the user of the title.
Screenshots or photographs of the ticket will not be considered valid.
Please note that digital single journey tickets need to be validated, to be carried out via app as soon as you get on the vehicle.
New Arriva MyPay App
Thanks to the renewed Arriva MyPay app, you can create/recover your card, purchase your subscription and always take it with you on your smartphone.
With your digitized card you can purchase the subscription at one of the authorized Arriva Italia retailers, or directly in the app using one of the following payment methods:

To use your subscription you must download the App and download the subscription in the appropriate section “my titles”, otherwise the title can not be considered valid!

I bought the subscription and I requested shipping by paying 10,00€ additional, when I get the subscription at home?
The subscription will be delivered to your home within 30 days from the date of purchase.
I bought the subscription and I requested the shipping by paying 10,00€ additional, can I travel while waiting for the shipment at home of the card?
The subscription will be delivered to your home within 30 days from the date of purchase. You can print the purchase receipt and show it to the checker until the card arrives. Please note that the purchase receipt can only be used for thirty days from the date of purchase, then you will need to be in possession of the card.
I bought the subscription and I requested the shipment at home, 30 days have passed and I have not yet received the card, what should I do?
If after 30 days from the date of purchase of the subscription you have not yet received the card, contact us via the form: contacts
I bought the subscription and saved it on the app Arriva MyPay following the instructions on the site, when I get the subscription at home?
The electronic subscription effectively replaces the paper subscription and therefore you will not receive anything at home.
I would like to buy the annual subscription online but when I enter the personal area I see the error message “EXPIRED CARD”; what should I do?
The identification cards have a duration of 5 years from the date of membership; in case your card has expired you must proceed with the creation of a new card.
I would like to renew the online subscription but the portal has some errors related to the route.
You can create a new card and select the route.
What should I do if, once I have already entered the card details, the transaction fails?
- You must verify that your card is valid and has not expired;
- You must verify that your card has sufficient credit;
- You must verify that the holder is of legal age; in fact, some cards block purchases over € 100.00 for credit cards made out to minors;
- You must verify that your card is enabled with the code “Verified by VISA” or “Mastercard Secure Code” which are the security codes activated on credit cards for online purchases.
I want to renew my digital subscription online, but I cannot proceed because I see the following error message: invalid card, non-existent card, card already used by another user. What should I do?

If the institution is not listed, you can select one of the following:

I am subscribing to an annual subscription/ digital identification card, but the portal does not allow me to enter the city of birth, what should I do?
If you were born abroad, you must indicate your country of birth under “City of birth”. Automatically the portal will generate the province (EE) and the tax code.
Arriva My Pay App
I downloaded the app, now what should I do?
In order to purchase a subscription to be used on the Arriva MyPay APP, you must have a digital identification card issued by Arriva Italia.
You can subscribe to the card free of charge through the subscription portal or through the App. Once the card has been created, you can purchase the subscription.
I purchased and saved the subscription on the Arriva MyPay app, how do I validate it?
The electronic subscription is active from the date of validity of the same without any operation by the user.
If my phone is dead and I can’t show my subscription, do I get a ticket?
If the phone is unloaded and the subscription is not visible, it is as if you forgot the subscription at home and then you are subject to penalty according to the conditions available at the following link: https://arriva.it/sanzioni.
If I change my phone or uninstall and reinstall the application, do I lose my subscription?
In case of phone change or reinstallation of the application it is necessary to contact the support at supporto@arriva.it that will give the support to transfer the subscription from the old phone and enable it on the new one.
I bought a travel ticket, but I do not see it in the section “My purchases”, what should I do?
If you cannot see a ticket purchased from the portal or from the App in the dedicated section, but you find the purchase in the “Movement List” you must contact the support at supporto@arriva.it.
Can I still use my subscription if I’m out of Internet Jigs?
The subscription is visible even without internet connection; it is necessary to connect only when purchasing the subscription.
How do I check my subscription?
The subscription must be shown to the driver when boarding the bus and when checked by the controllers. The subscription can be found in the application Arriva MyPay -> My purchases -> by clicking on your subscription.

You can access the App with the same credentials used to access the subscription portal.
Once you are logged in and have selected the area of interest, click on “Subscriptions”, associate your student identification card or verify the correctness of the data of your annual student subscription. If you have signed up for a student identification card, you are now entitled to purchase subscriptions linked to your profile. If you have subscribed an annual student subscription you can go back to the homepage and click on “My purchases” in order to view your subscription.
The process of downloading the subscription to the Arriva MyPay App may take some time – up to a maximum of 60 minutes.
I have subscribed an annual digital student/digital student ID card subscription from the subscription portal for a third person, what should the user do to view it in the App?
If the user has never logged in to the App, he must register with the App using the E-mail indicated when creating the card.

I have purchased an annual student subscription and would like to download the payment receipt, how can I do?
If you have purchased an annual subscription at the counter we inform you that you can download your online payment receipt from the subscription portal from early November.
If you have purchased an annual subscription through the subscription portal we inform you that you can access your personal area and print the receipt 24 hours after purchase.
